  1. What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged shirt from Nord51?

    We follow strict quality controls for our products including packaging and shipping to our customers. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the shirts being shipped by us, we certainly want to help you.

    • If a shirt ordered by you on www.nord51.com is delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition, please email the pictures of the same at the time of opening the packet to customercare@nord51.com for a replacement and send the damaged shirt back to us.
    • On request, we arrange for a pick-up at a convenient time through our company designated logistics partner. This service is not available outside India. 
    • Alternatively, you can ship us your package and we will credit your Nord51 account with 100 reward points. Please note that you need to be registered with us for us to credit your Nord51 account. 

    IMPORTANT: Please ensure the shirt is returned in its original packaging with tags, invoice, clips, and packing-paper and in an unused condition.

  2. The replacement shirt is out of stock on your store, www.nord51.com. What do I do now?

    Occasionally, the same shirt might not be available owing to popular demand. If the replacement shirt is out of stock, you can choose any other shirt of similar value and we'll ship it to you. 

  3. How can I return a product ordered from www.nord51.com?

    If you change your mind after having made a purchase, please allow us to help understand the reason so that we can offer you something that caters to your needs and tastes. Certain products like monogrammed shirts and products bought under combo offers cannot be returned. Monogrammed shirts cannot be returned as they have been personalised for you. For other products, you may drop us a line on customercare@nord51.com stating the reason and product details. We will evaluate each return request and unless authorised, we do not offer an exchange or store credit. We do not follow a "no questions asked" policy. Please note that we do not offer refunds but will credit your Nord51 account for future purchases. 

    IMPORTANT: Returns can only be made within 30 days of purchase and in the original and unused condition.

  5. How long does it take to process a return?

    It usually takes upto 10 working days to process a return. The returned shirt is evaluated and then processed for quality issues.
