Cancellations Modifications

  1. How do I cancel my order?

    If you change your mind after having made a purchase, you are eligible for a full refund as long as the order has not been processed by our warehouse. You can check the status online in My Account. If your order has not reached “Order Shipped” status, you may proceed with the cancellation. Simply send us an email at customercare@nord51.com with the order number and we will arrange for a refund via cheque/direct credit into your credit or debit card account.

  2. I have made multiple purchases and would like to cancel one specific order. How do I do that?

    If you have made more than one purchase and would like to cancel one specific item, then you may do so before the order has been shipped. Please write to our Customer Care Executive at customercare@nord51.com within 2 hours giving the product code so that the item can be cancelled. We will refund the amount via cheque/direct credit into your credit or debit card account.
